Join Major Eric Doe of the United States Army as he explores wound repair principles and techniques. The workshop covers instrument basics such as suture types and selection, proper loading of the needle, aftercare, and documentation.
All supplies will be provided for the workshop.

Re-join Dr. Sahil Mehta as he teaches you how to beat the odds at every step of the medical school journey – from getting accepted into medical school, to landing the residency of your choice, to working alongside actual patients as a physician.

Attendees will consist of pre-med students who are AMSA members at The University of Texas at Austin.
Attend as many or as few seminars, presentations, and interactive workshops as you wish. You can come and go as you need to. However, as an elite event for future physicians, we wouldn't recommend you miss a single minute!
Yes! While it is a live event, we will have a videographer on site. The videos will take a few weeks to edit and process, and then they will be posted.
Yes! The Mini Pre-Med Conference will be completely free for AMSA students attending The University of Texas at Austin. The purpose of this event is to provide information to all prospective doctors the help grow the profession.
